Winter Head 2 Head 2026

The Third Men took on their first race of Lent Term this weekend at City of Cambridge Rowing Club's Winter Head 2 Head. A brutal race of 2 lengths of 2000m with a quick spin in-between, the crew managed a strong effort and went on to win Open 8+ Band 6 (and were faster than all of Band 5 and 4 bar 1).

We thank Harith Haboubi and Chloe Mainon for their hard work coaching the boat, and the EBCA for a wonderful camp for them to get a head start on such a short bumps campaign. Next up for M3 will be Pembroke Regatta, the Getting-On Race, and, fingers-crossed, Lent Bumps!
